form integrated into our website. All the accommodation published on the
website is equipped with a standard booking form and are contactable
exclusively by email. There are no links to your website and bookings
must be made by via the booking form.
There
are no registration fees for the eco-holiday affiliate programme and you can
cancel at anytime in accordance with the terms and conditions
.
You agree
to pay the booking fees as laid out in the terms
and conditions which you will receive when you sign up.
We are
not travel agents and the booking is directly to you ,
we are not responsible for any booking issues, cancellations, overbooking , or
non payments.
To
apply to become an eco-holiday affiliate with this website you must first
register,
you will then be sent the complete terms and
conditions and instructions on how to upload your details and photographs.
We are not responsible for information provided by you. By
uploading your holiday offer onto the movingreen
website you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of the Eco-Holidays
affiliate programme.
Every 30 days
a summary of all bookings made with you via our website will be sent to you
which includes client name, email address and the total number of clients
and nights for each booking in a standard format which you must check and
confirm. For a period of 12 months you must also notify us of any additional
bookings with clients acquired previously with us. We will raise an invoice
based on the booking summary. Payment must be made by 30 days from the invoice
date, in case you fail to provide with payment in accordance with these terms
and conditions, your insertion will be removed and we reserve the right to
pursue legal action.
In
order to reduce environmental impact no paper invoices or contracts will be
issued.
If your
organisation already operates an affiliate programme please contact us for

Payment
1 All charges payable by
you for the Services shall be in accordance with the scale of charges and rates
published from time to time by us on our website and shall be due and payable
in advance of our service provision. We reserve the right to change pricing at
any time although all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment.
2Payment is due withing 7 days by each
advertiser and is accepted in e-payment in accordance with the website secure
payment gateways, bank transfer or direct debit.( PAYPAL)
3 All payments must be in UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollars and Euros.
4 The limit for
advertising in this site is 1 year. You must reconfirm and make a new payment
for the service extension for the following year.

be entitled forthwith to suspend the provision of Services to you.
